Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can order directly through our website. Just browse our selection of products, add items to your cart, and check out.

Q: Do you sell to body shops and collision centers?
A: Absolutely. We specialize in bulk and recurring orders for professional shops throughout the United States. Contact us for wholesale pricing and shop accounts.

Q: How fast is shipping?
A: Most orders ship either same business day or the next. Delivery times vary by location but our shipping hub is located in Los Angeles.

Q: Do you ship hazardous materials (e.g., paint, hardeners)?
A: Yes, we are certified to ship automotive refinishing materials that are considered hazmat. Additional shipping charges may apply based on your location and the product.


Products & Technical Support

Q: Do you carry OEM-quality products?
A: Yes, we stock high-performance refinishing products from trusted brands used by professionals nationwide. We will also be providing auto parts as well in the near future.

Q: Do you provide SDS/TDS (Safety Data Sheets/Technical Data Sheets)?
A: Yes, SDS/TDS sheets are available for all applicable products by requesting them through our contact form.


Returns & Damaged Items

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days, however you must cover all shipping costs. Due to safety regulations, hazardous materials are not eligible for return unless they were shipped in error or damaged.

Q: What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
A: Let us know within 3 days of delivery. We’ll quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Q: Do I need to create an account to order?
