Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Terms apply to all customers purchasing from Refinish Distributors under a wholesale account or bulk pricing agreement. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to:

Licensed body shops and collision repair facilities
Auto dealerships and service centers
Distributors and resellers within the refinishing industry.
Proof of business may be required, such as a business license, resale certificate, or tax ID.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

A minimum purchase amount may apply to qualify for wholesale pricing.
Some products may have case or bulk quantity minimums.
Orders below the threshold may be billed at standard retail rates.

3. Pricing & Discounts

Wholesale pricing is confidential and subject to change without notice.
Special volume pricing or negotiated discounts are valid only for the agreed terms.
Promotions, coupon codes, or retail sales may not apply to wholesale accounts.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order unless credit terms have been approved.
Net terms (e.g., Net 15/30) may be available upon request and subject to credit approval.
Late payments may incur fees, additional interest and result in account suspension.

5. Shipping & Freight

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Freight shipments (TL OR LTL) will be arranged on behalf of the buyer or billed directly.
Hazmat fees may apply to certain items and will be disclosed at checkout or invoicing.

6. Returns & Cancellations

All wholesale sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
Returns for non-defective items are subject to approval and restocking fees.
Cancellations must be made before the order ships. Custom-mixed or special-order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

7. Resale Policy

If you are purchasing for resale:

You agree not to misrepresent the brand or product.
You are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes in your state.
Refinish Distributors reserves the right to limit resale in certain markets or territories.

8. Account Status

Refinish Distributors reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at our discretion for:

Non-payment or repeated late payments
Abuse of discounts or purchasing privileges
Violation of these terms or other unethical practices
